An overview of how projects and payments work. Each client receives a project-specific agreement or written proposal before work begins.
1. Request a quote first
Prices shown on this website are starting prices for defined starter packages. The scope, specific deliverables, revisions, timing, and any third-party costs must be confirmed in writing before payment. An unsolicited payment does not by itself establish a project or guarantee that work will begin.
2. Project payments
For an agreed $299 one-page website package, the standard plan is a $149.50 deposit when the project is accepted and a $149.50 remaining payment at the agreed milestone, normally before launch or final handover. Other work is priced according to the written proposal. Any applicable taxes or extra fees will be communicated as required.
3. Revisions, materials and deadlines
Each package has a specified revision allowance. New features, extra pages, major changes in direction, outside software and other out-of-scope work may require a revised quote. Clients are responsible for supplying content and confirming they have permission to use text, logos and images they provide. Delivery dates depend on receiving materials and timely feedback.
3A. Virtual staging and property representations
Clients commissioning virtual staging confirm that they have the necessary rights to the source photographs and permission to have them edited. AI-assisted staging is illustrative and intended to add movable furnishings and decor, not alter structural features or hide property defects. Clients must review the work, retain originals and follow all applicable brokerage, MLS and property-advertising disclosure requirements. No guarantee of MLS acceptance, buyer inquiries or sales outcomes is made.
4. Ownership and third-party services
Rights to completed project deliverables, underlying code, third-party software, licensed assets and transfer arrangements are set out in each project agreement. Domain registrations, external hosting, premium plugins and subscriptions are separate unless expressly included. AI-assisted tools may be used in the creative process; trademark clearance and guaranteed exclusive rights are not included unless specifically agreed.
5. Refunds, cancellations and disputes
Refunds and cancellations depend on the written agreement, the amount of work completed, and applicable law. If you have a billing concern, please contact us promptly at novarivestudio@gmail.com so we can review the circumstances. We do not promise that every payment is automatically refundable or automatically nonrefundable.
6. Monthly website care
The optional website care plan is $49 per month and renews automatically through Stripe until canceled. The included update allowance, responsibilities, support expectations and start date must be agreed in writing before subscribing. You can cancel future renewals in our secure Stripe customer billing portal or request assistance at novarivestudio@gmail.com. Billing and any refund rights remain subject to the service agreement and applicable law.
