PRIVACY POLICY

How Novarive Studio handles information when you contact us or make a payment.

Last updated: October 23, 2026For questions about this notice, email novarivestudio@gmail.com.

1. Information you share

When you complete our project inquiry form or email us, you may provide your name, email address, business name, requested service, project description, and any other details you choose to share. We use this information to respond, prepare proposals, deliver services, and manage our working relationship.

1A. Real estate photo uploads

If you submit a property photo for virtual staging, the uploaded file and related project details may be processed and stored by our form-hosting and design service providers for quoting, producing and delivering your requested images. Submit only photos you have the rights to share and avoid sensitive personal information. We do not publish client property photographs in our portfolio without permission. You may contact us to request removal, subject to service, technical and legal limitations.

2. Payments

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. When you follow a Stripe checkout link, Stripe processes payment and related billing information under its own privacy practices. Novarive Studio can access transaction records and the contact details Stripe makes available to merchants; we do not request that you send card numbers by email or through our inquiry form. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

3. Website hosting and inquiry forms

Our website is hosted on Netlify, and our inquiry form is processed using Netlify Forms. Netlify may store submissions and use spam-prevention systems. Our site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical connection information when the page loads. These providers handle certain technical data under their respective policies.

4. How information may be shared

We use service providers to host the site, receive inquiries, communicate with clients and process payments. We do not sell the personal information submitted through our project inquiry form. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legitimate legal rights.

5. Security and retention

We use common hosted services for communications and payments, but no online system is guaranteed to be completely secure. We retain project and transaction records as reasonably needed for services, business administration, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations.

6. Your choices

You may email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted. We will respond as appropriate and subject to legally required record retention. If you prefer not to submit our web form, contact us directly by email.

7. Changes

We may update this notice as our services and tools change. The current version is posted on this page.
